As a Data Analyst Mid or Senior on the Commercial Lines Product Control Team, you’ll maintain and expand a portion of our product monitoring controls while monitoring report output and interpreting results, as well as recovery related and other ad-hoc analysis. Researching, identifying, and prioritizing risk, you’ll have the opportunity to make recommendations to business area SME’s and leaders all while learning about the many different commercial auto products, their design, and production intent. CLE based, remote work allowed. 

Must-have qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of one year analytical work experience
• Instead of a quantitative degree, a bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
• Instead of a degree, a minimum of four years of analytical work experience

Preferred skills

• Strong technical skills, intellectual curiosity, and strong critical thinking skills
• The ability to collaborate with our platform customers
• Experience in SQL, SAS, R, and Tableau; this role works heavily in SAS 
• Proficiency in data extraction from various data sources

Compensation

• $54,800 - $88,400/yearly depending on position level and experience 
• Gainshare bonus up to 24-30% (depending on position level) of your eligible earnings based on company performance
