Reporting to the Manager of People Operations, the People Analyst will be integral to the day-to-day operations in our people data space, where you’ll design, create, and maintain dashboards and reports using data from various sources.

What You'll Do:

• Support the day-to-day operations of the people data space.
• Design, create, and fine tune new dashboards & reports using data from a range of different sources (e.g. UKG, Greenhouse, Culture Amp).
• Aiming higher and making our existing reports and dashboards better.
• Dive deep into our people data. Surface and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity across different sources.

What You Have:

• 2-3 years experience in a people analytics environment.
• A strong grasp of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Prior experience working with business intelligence and data visualization tools, UKG Pro People Analytics and Tableau preferred.
• An analytical and inquisitive mindset. You’re curious, ask questions, and use data to inform decisions.
• Strong storytelling skills and the ability to organize data into a coherent and cohesive message.
• Experience using data to identify areas where we can improve and developing suggestions on how to improve.
• Project management skills. You’re able to manage multiple projects with varying priority levels and ad-hoc requests.
• An eagle’s eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (you can speak with and write to anyone).
• An eagerness and willingness to give and receive feedback, because we all love learning from each other.

The national cash compensation range for this role is $63,000 - $77,000.
