We’re looking for a senior manager to join our credit team. 

This is a unique opportunity to lead a mission-critical team at a company that’s on the verge of becoming the household name in financial products for the 50% of Americans who are not served by traditional financial institutions. 

The impact you’ll make:

You’ll drive forward our mission of financial inclusion by heading our underwriting policy development team. This role involves setting the strategy for the underwriting rules used to drive acquisitions for our entire credit card business, and is thus highly analytical in nature.  It involves cross functional partnership with data science, product, and engineering teams & managing a long-term roadmap of initiatives. In addition, you will hire and mentor a team of talented analysts.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have 6+ years of experience, with some experience in consumer underwriting and pricing analytics preferred
• Are a self starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with lots of opportunity to define solutions to problems in whitespace
• Are comfortable developing a long-term strategic roadmap as well as getting into the details on an implementation
• Experience working in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or impact-oriented analytical roles in high growth businesses is a plus
• People management experience is a plus
