Mission Lane’s Customer Management Team is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our geographically diverse team. We have offices in Richmond, VA and San Francisco, CA, but are open to considering remote candidates that would be open to travel to our offices on occasions.

Your first role would be on the Customer Management team focusing on servicing and risk management operations. This role entails understanding customer needs, developing data based strategies to address these needs and working with cross functional teams to deliver these strategies to our customers.
As a Senior Analyst, you will:

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Mission Lane is Looking for candidates who have:
- Proven ability to problem solve end-to-end: from framing the question and forming a hypothesis, to analyzing the data, to communicating and debating the answer with stakeholders
- Familiarity with SQL, python, or other tools for data analysis
- 2-5 years of experience in a highly analytical role
- Bachelor’s or Masters in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar quantitative field with record of strong academic performance
Bonus points for:
- Experience doing analytical work with credit cards or other consumer lending products
- Experience helping scale a business in a fast-paced startup environment
- Expertise in analytic and modeling tools (SQL, Python, R, etc)
