THE ROLE:

The Senior Analyst, Digital Growth will be responsible for delivering strategic insights and recommendations to support our customer acquisition goals. As a key member of Athletic Greens’ Growth Analytics team, you’ll be leveraging Google Analytics to conduct site and funnel analyses leading to actionable insights and recommendations that shape and inform day-to-day optimization initiatives. On the reporting and analytics front, the Senior Analyst, Digital Growth will perform ad-hoc deep dive analyses to create sophisticated reports and dashboards using a combination of Google Analytics, Excel, and Tableau. The ideal candidate should have demonstrated experience supporting A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to enhance the digital experience, ideally in a DTC environment. Additionally, the candidate should be technically proficient in site tagging (GTM) to ensure the efficacy and accuracy of our digital data to support the evolution of our digital analytics capabilities.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to develop insights and recommendations leading to improved website conversion rates, page speed, landing pages, engagement, customer portal usability, retention, and overall site performance.
  • Analyze and measure key drivers of site conversion including conversion funnel, site performance, landing experiences, and marketing channels, and share key insights with internal business partners.
  • Partner with Product and UX teams to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations to inform CRO decisions including design, execution, and measurement.
  • Establish, maintain and evolve website reporting and dashboards which should include tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs), traffic sources and funnel behaviors.
  • Proactively identify current and emerging gaps in the digital analytics data, capture strategy and provide recommendations to address and evolve capabilities.
  • Ensure that all AG sites are effectively (and accurately) tagged for reporting and analytical capabilities by managing the testing, QA, QC, debugging and documentation of tagging and tracking code to ensure the integrity and accuracy of all online and web analytics data.


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 4+ years website analytics background specifically focused on website performance, A/B testing, conversion optimization, navigation, traffic analysis, and usability.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a quantitative, business, marketing or consumer research discipline (Statistics, Economics, Marketing Research, etc).
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Expert user of Google Analytics (preferably G4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) along with experience working with Google Marketing Cloud platforms such as CM360, DV360 and SA360.
  • Advanced Proficiency with Excel and BI tools (tableau, google data studio, etc).
  • Ability to “tell the story” behind the data to drive consensus and action.
  • Experience leveraging the GA clickstream using SQL, R, SAS.
