THE ROLE:

We are looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented, direct to consumer experienced Fulfillment and Distribution Analyst who will report to our Manager of Fulfillment and Distribution. With our customer at the center of everything we do, this essential role will ensure that available data is being used to guide decision-making, process improvements, and KPI tracking while holding our Service Providers accountable. This role will be wearing many hats while working across cross-functional teams, with a strong focus on the fulfillment of our orders to our AG customer. Additionally, this role serves as a direct contact point for our Service Providers and our Customer Happiness Team.

The ideal candidate is well organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities.This person is a creative problem solver who loves data and will provide key insights, and offer fresh perspectives, enabling senior leaders to make sound decisions and provide strategic direction to the organization.


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Data & Reporting

  • Design and Implement dashboards and reporting tools to gather and manage data and drive business decisions.
  • Monitor dashboards to identify key trends and areas of improvement, and provide data-driven recommendations and insights to the business.
  • Collect and Report KPIs weekly and update dashboards.
  • Audit fulfillment and transportation invoices weekly, maintaining the invoice database and operations financial overview.
  • Ensure all customer orders are flowing from order placement to customer delivery; identify, investigate and resolve exception customer orders.

Fulfillment, Distribution

  • Foster and maintain strong professional relationships with all service providers.
  • Actively participate and/or lead weekly meetings with service providers; monitor service provider performance and call out areas of opportunity.
  • Participate in quarterly business reviews.
  • Partner with service providers on joint improvement initiatives and projects; issue resolution support with all internal and external partners.
  • Research, seek out, and establish cost-efficient shipping service levels.
  • Hold service providers accountable, file claims when necessary.
  • Create forecasts to estimate future costs with various service levels.
  • Analyze customer order fulfillment and delivery information including order routing optimization across our 3 US nodes.
  • Work closely with our Customer Happiness Team on exception customer order visibility, root cause analysis, and resolution; support customer experience enhancement projects; review and address undeliverable orders.

Administrative / Team Support

  • Provide administrative and team support to the Operations team in areas including, but not limited to: create / update SOPs, special projects, file claims, chargeback review and supporting audits.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 3+ years of experience working in a Direct to Consumer Transportation and Fulfillment role(s).
  • Bachelor’s Degree along with Supply Chain Management certification is preferred.
  • Experience working for a Transportation Courier (Direct or Indirect) is preferred.
  • Experience in data analytics and data visualization (Strong in Excel, SQL, Tableau).
  • Experience building/editing dashboards in Tableau or similar software.
  • A curious, Independent, and humble learner willing to push, test, fail, learn, reiterate and share.
  • Experienced in analyzing and improving supply chain data, information and processes.
  • A dedicated believer in delivering a premium Customer experience every time.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to manage productive and trusting relationships with business partners.
  • Detail-oriented, understanding that the little things add up. Attention to detail is in your DNA. Enjoy being precise and accurate, but can still work quickly and independently.
  • Technical aptitude to analyze data, interpret information and trends, and communicate findings effectively.
  • Flexible, understanding that a startup office can be unpredictable. Able to maneuver to provide support whatever the situation.
  • Problem solver. Things are not always going to go as planned. Have maturity and a calm demeanor to operate and make decisions under pressure and within tight timelines.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally.

AG is dedicated to providing equitable and competitive compensation & benefits packages. For this particular role, the base salary range is $67,000 - $80,000 and will ultimately be decided at the offer stage, based on an individual candidate’s level of skills and experience aligned with the needs of this role. Base salary is one component of total compensation for this position. We provide a competitive mix of base salary, performance bonus, and stock option allocation for eligible roles.
