Overview:

You will report to the VP of Enterprise Solutions and lead a team of data analysts in translating business problems to analytical solutions and insights. Also, you will establish and automate program reporting such that important insights are made available to business leaders, with minimal manual effort. Draw accurate conclusions from partial data-sets and manage optimization through automation programs and execution is an important part of this role. This includes developing compelling sales materials, proposals, and presentations for presenting business-focused data related solution to clients. Extracting data from systems (SalesForce, BI reports, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), LivePerson Systems, API's etc) to run scenarios for the customer success, client partners and leadership teams to promote automation and customer operational improvements and efficiencies is necessary .

You will:

  • Help our clients navigate the complex world of modern data management, data engineering, data science, analytics, and latest technologies
  • Look to you to bring cross-sector industry depth and knowledge about client's data and analytics related problems, and help develop solutions, go-to-market strategy and plans solving the most important business problems for our clients
  • Be an expert on the latest technology and products related to big data, AI, machine learning, IoT, and analytics
  • Organize and leading business development strategy, and serving as an expert by bringing market leading insights to benchmark, find, strategize around, and capture new markets for driving business growth
  • Host brainstorming sessions and workshops with business, technology, sector, industry, and executive teams on data related topics for developing data assessments, project execution plans, roadmaps, and action plans
  • Lead a network of external partners for developing the latest processes and solutions so solve our client's business problems
  • Navigate technical delivery teams that create concrete, incremental value for customers
  • Improve methodologies and processes for automation implementation based on insights garnered over time, and create best practices documentation for all partners
  • Recommend resource allocation and identify all delivery needs and resources following customer requirements
  • Partner with product development teams to build scalable analytics solutions and bring insights to life

You have:

  • A bachelor's degree and approximately 12 or more years of experience in developing, and implementing data strategy. Bachelor's Degree or above in data and analytics, information systems, statistics, computer science, or related disciplines such as Data and Analytics concentration
  • 12+ years in developing data and analytics solutions including data management, quality management, master data management, big data, AI, ML, IoT, and other latest technologies
  • Led the development and socializing of strategy for developing solutions, assets, and accelerators
  • Strong experience with data management, collection, analysis, dashboarding, generating insights, and using data-driven insights
  • Working knowledge of data mining and statistical analysis techniques like hypothesis testing, segmentation and modeling to analyze large amounts of data
  • Helped clients make data-driven decisions by working with structured and unstructured data sets, building out predictive models
  • Working knowledge of applying data analysis algorithms (data mining, statistics, machine learning, natural language processing, sentiment analysis, text mining),
  • Experience unifying, enriching and analyzing customer data to obtain new insights and opportunities
  • Communicate complex and impactful business analysis to executive-level team members
  • Report design in BI softwares such as PowerBI and Tableau
  • Command of SQL and another advanced analytics language (R, Python)
  • Operational and technical understanding of Automation, Contact Center environments and software
  • Knowledge of SaaS at scale, and have technical knowledge that allows for a complete understanding of the fundamentals underlying messaging and automation technologies
  • Collaboration with Client Service Managers, Client Partners, and regional leadership to define priority and resource understanding
  • Track record for leading Data and Analytics teams in Chat, Messaging, Automation & AI

Benefits:

The salary range for this role will be between $202k to $225k. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, your location, and your skills, experience, education, and/or certifications. During the phone screening, the recruiter will provide the location-specific salary range for this role.
