About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Sales Analyst to join Niche and own sales analysis and strategy. You’ll be charged with owning revenue tracking and surfacing insights and opportunities that drive revenue growth, improve sales efficiency, and ensure healthy sales metrics.


About You

You have a deep understanding of the levers that drive sales growth - SaaS/subscription metrics, sales funnel, customer lifecycle, pricing, compensation - and have a track record of driving significant revenue growth. You have strong technical/analytical skills - you’re an expert at finding opportunities in data and improving processes. You’re comfortable wearing multiple hats and comfortable working with a wide range of audiences to communicate your analysis.

What You Will Do

During the 1st Month:

  • Collaborate with various team members to learn about the company
  • Work with current sales and operations team leaders to begin to understand our customers, products, and our go-to-market strategy
  • Learn how to query relevant data from the Niche platform
  • Get an understanding of the tech stack that our sales and operations teams use.
  • Begin to develop knowledge of the core processes that power the sales org.

Within 3 Months:

  • You’ll have a thorough understanding of our revenue reporting and analysis and begin to take ownership of it
  • You’ll be capable of evaluating new issues and opportunities that arise

Within 6 Months:

  • You will have a deep knowledge of our product, company, and go-to-market strategies
  • You will fully own revenue reporting and analysis and be the go-to person internally for revenue insights

Within 12 Months:

  • You’ll be be impacting the long-term strategy and growth roadmap for the business
  • You’ll be having a significant impact on revenue growth and health

What We Are Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience working in a revenue / sales operations and analytics role for a  high-growth SaaS subscription business. 
  • Track record of driving millions of dollars of revenue growth
  • Extensive experience using Salesforce to track and analyze sales performance data
  • Deep understanding of levers that drive sales growth - SaaS/subscription metrics, sales funnel, customer lifecycle, pricing, compensation
  • Experience being a go-to resource for revenue leaders and driving analysis that informs sales strategy
  • Experience with modern sales software (e.g. CPQ, Gong, Outreach, Calendly, etc.)
  • Passion for using data and analytics to solve problems.
  • Comfortable with wearing a lot of hats and navigating ambiguity. Adept at zeroing in on the highest impact work
  • Effective communication of technical concepts and data analysis to different audiences

Useful Experience

  • SQL, R, or Python experience
