We are looking for a motivated, intellectually curious accounting professional to join our growing SEC reporting team. We want people who are passionate about collaboration and teamwork.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Financial Reporting, the Senior Reporting Analyst will support the financial reporting team. This individual will have the opportunity to develop their knowledge and experience performing financial reporting for a publicly-traded company and gain exposure to a wealth of intriguing accounting & finance matters.

You can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or at Olo’s headquarters in NYC.

What You'll Do

• Provide support to the 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K reporting process, including preparation of footnotes & disclosures.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statement flux variance analysis for management reporting
• Play a key role in coordinating audits and SOX testing with internal and external auditors\
• Participate in the implementation of new accounting and reporting guidance to include technical accounting research and design of new processes
• Lead process improvement initiatives to support financial reporting
• Collaborate cross-functionally with and support our business partners including Tax, Treasury, Strategic Finance and Legal by providing financial insights and relevant reporting
• Responsible for ad-hoc projects/deliverables

What We'll Expect From You

• 2+ years of accounting experience 
• You have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Office Suite 
• You are confident working independently and following tasks through to completion and meeting commitments, whilst actively seeking support as necessary
• You can adapt quickly to change

Nice to Have

• Experience/exposure to Intacct or another ERP system is a plus
• CPA or CPA candidate is desirable
