Data, and how they are used, play a central role at Brightcove and are at the heart of how we make business, product, marketing, sales and operational decisions. Our centralized Data organization (Data Analytics, Data Science, and Data Engineering) is a specialized, cross-functional group that collaborates with a variety of departments to drive decisions and provide direction for future growth at Brightcove. The newly created Analytics team within Brightcove tackles challenging problems across many technical disciplines, including time series forecasting, causal inference, and optimization. In this data heavy role, we are seeking an exceptional data practitioner and hands-on Sr. Director of Analytics with a proven track record to build and lead a high-performing and growing Analytics team. In this role reporting to the SVP, Head of Data, you will be responsible for leading an organizational effort to better understand our customer needs, enhancing our product experiences, increasing our marketing and sales efforts and growth ecosystems, and growing our customer base.
