Keeper Security is hiring a Sales Commission Analyst to join the Keeper Finance & Accounting team. This is a 100% remote position with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates based in the Chicago, IL metro area!

The Sales Commission Analyst is responsible for the implementation and accurate payment of commissions for our global salesforce. This will work collaboratively with sales management, sales operations, finance and human resources to facilitate monthly and quarterly commission payments and associated reporting. The role sits within the finance function, reporting to the FP&A Manager and at times, to the CFO.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales management, sales operations, and finance in order to ensure that the incentive commission plans are implemented correctly and commissions are paid accurately
  • Calculate and report on monthly and quarterly incentive commissions for all sales employees focusing on accuracy, completeness and consistency as defined in the commission plans
  • Reconcile commission discrepancies and data anomalies
  • Distribute commission-related reports to management and sales team members
  • Own individual commission plan documents, which includes working with human resources and/or legal to create the new plan documents and process to ensure each participant receives and signs the plan documentation
  • Serve as the business owner of the commission tools (currently SFDC, Tableau, and Excel) and assess and recommend ongoing processes improvements, tool selection/implementation, and integrations
  • Assist with month-end, financial reporting and analysis
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis
  • Recommend ongoing process enhancements and participate in internal process improvement initiatives
  • Bachelors degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • 4+ years in Finance/Accounting/Sales Operations role
  • Proficient to advanced level of competency with Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Ability to organize and summarize large volumes of detailed information
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
