VetsEZ is seeking a Metrics and Analysis Support to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Federal Electronic Health Record Modernization (FEHRM) office.
The candidate must reside within the continental US.
Responsibilities:
- Support development and refinement of interagency interoperability and modernization strategy, and associated plans.
- Responsible for the development of measures to track the advancement of health data interoperability between the Departments and with the private sector, monitoring of plan execution against measures/metrics.
- Enhance and build dashboards to depict measures and metrics pertaining to interoperability strategy and execution.
- Apply metrics to establish a performance baseline for interoperability maturity of the Federal EHR.
- Engage stakeholders to collect data, refine measures, and to interpret results.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a Healthcare, Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional work experience. An additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirements.
- Possesses knowledge of appropriate data sources to address the specific requirements of projects for monitoring, characterization, analysis and modeling.
- Performs scientific research, scientific writing and editing, including the writing and editing of project products to established government standards for the targeted science and lay audiences, proofreading of draft and final documents.
- Attends meetings and workshops to present on project work, participate in discussions.
- Expert in analyzing data using MS Power BI and MS Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Electronic Health Records.
- Experience in the VA.
- Able to obtain a government clearance.
