As the Lead Business Intelligence Analyst, you will report to the Head of Data Science and Analytics and:

• Create KPIs and dashboards to support metrics leading to conversion funnel improvements.
• Lead Looker administration, managing the governance that allows for responsible data democratization.
• Work with teams, such as Operations to create visualizations and develop insights related to pricing and risk.
• Coordinate with Finance to ensure that financial plans, targets, and costs are tracked and stored in our data warehouse.
• Test hypotheses of user problems using quantitative data to propose potential solutions to the Experimentation Council.
• Drive automation of manual reporting processes across the organization for improved efficiency.

Ideal background and expertise:

• 6+ years of experience in a data-centric role
• 3+ years in R or Python
• 2+ years in SQL and Looker/Tableau
• Only considering candidates with experience with managing direct reports 
• Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
