Reporting to our Head of DEIB & Analytics, Lattice is looking for an experienced Head of People Analytics who will partner across our People and Product Teams to build a best-in-class People Analytics function that drives intentional design and measurable impact for our employee experience.
What You Will Do
- Build Lattice’s people reporting strategy with supporting KPIs across the employee journey
- Consult with Centers of Excellence (COEs) across the People Team including Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Talent Management, L&D, and DEIB to fortify a deep understanding of the employee experience at Lattice
- Work cross-functionally to build a best-in-class data environment and an integrated technology stack that ensures the quality and integrity of people data, making shared metrics available across the business
- Partner with the People Leadership Team to lead executive briefing summaries that distill complex data inputs into the most relevant insights through effective data visualizations and data storytelling
- Advise our product development teams on design and best practices for People's Analytics
What You Will Bring to the Table
- 7+ years of experience in at least one of the following areas: data science; data analytics, reporting & visualizations, or data engineering
- 3+ years of experience successfully leading direct and cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of HR data and HR employee lifecycle processes
- Strong experience using SQL, R, and Python for data analysis and data visualization tools (Looker is a plus)
- Very strong data analytics skills and ability to leverage multiple internal and external data sources to enable data-driven insights and inform strategic talent decisions
- Ability to communicate and develop effective business relationships within all levels of the company, including senior leaders and executives
- Expert knowledge and experience using data and analytics to improve business results, using qualitative and quantitative metrics to inform strategic talent decisions and improve organizational effectiveness
