Are you passionate about the use of reporting, analytics and data visualisation techniques to enable Olive Helps to deliver value directly to health systems? Growth Data Analysts provide quantitative analysis, domain expertise and a strategic perspective to Olive Helps Growth Team throughout the organization. As a data-loving member of the team, you'll serve as an analytics expert for your products, using advanced analytics techniques to help them make better decisions. You will weave stories with meaningful insight from data.


As a Growth Data Analyst, you relish tallying up the numbers one minute and communicating your findings to the team the next. You can see different angles of potential approaches to delivering insights and you know how to connect the dots and interact with people broadly to communicate findings. You will work to effectively turn hypotheses, business questions, and public health questions into data analyses and provide meaningful recommendations on strategy.The ideal candidate is inquisitive, creative and self-driven.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide marketing research and analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation
  • Leverage deep experience in digital analytics, including tools such as Google Analytics uncovering key, actionable insights about digital users and behaviors
  • Surface insights and present results to business leaders using a variety of tools – Salesforce, Data Studio/Tableau/Looker, Office Suite slides, spreadsheets, etc
  • Create and manage multiple A/B tests to gain valuable insights on KPIs including retention, acquisition, and monetization
  • Design and create reporting solutions, including semantic layers, dashboards, attribution models, ad hoc analyses, and statistical models to answer business questions with data
  • Build & implement Sales territory modeling, forecasting, pipeline management, sales funnels, account management, and/or sales performance reporting/measurement
  • Transform raw data into actionable insights on marketing campaign performance, leads, and audience segments that ensure marketing and sales efforts are effectively driving conversion, growth & revenue
  • Lead the process of turning business questions, risks and issues into verifiable hypotheses, creating experiments and analysis to test them and make recommendations based on the analysis
  • Translate business goals into actionable tactics and campaigns informed by data to deliver short term results and build foundational muscle for future growth
  • Degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics or other quantitative field
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing analytics or related field
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Google Analytics expertise
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Data Studio, etc.), Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms (such as Marketo). SQL experience is a plus
  • Ability to analyze performance of marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Paid Social, Email, Events etc), measure ROI and recommend optimisation strategies
  • Able to conduct marketing research and develop process improvement plans that incorporate observations, insights and key performance trends
  • Experience with multi-touch attribution, modeling, marketing and sales KPIs like leads, conversion rates, sales funnel, website traffic and social media engagement
  • Strong ability to communicate complicated and nuanced insights in accessible language to relevant stakeholders to improve data-driven decision making
  • Application of standard statistical methods and techniques for difficult business problems
