The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analytics Engineer II to join our dynamic team. As a Data Analytics Engineer II, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data solutions that drive informed decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

    • Data Modeling and Analysis
    • Design, develop, and maintain data models to support business requirements.
    • Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide timely solutions.

    • ELT Development
    • Develop and optimize ELT processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources. Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the ELT pipeline.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and processing.

    • Database Management:
    • Manage and optimize data models to ensure efficient data storage, processing, and retrieval.
    • Implement best practices for data warehousing and storage solutions.
    • Collaborate with database administrators to enhance performance and scalability.

    • Tool and Technology Implementation:
    • Stay abreast of emerging technologies in data analytics and recommend tools for adoption.
    • Implement and maintain analytics tools to support the team's goals and objectives.

    • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and business objectives.
    • Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful delivery of data projects.

What You Bring to the Party

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in data analytics, ETL/ELT development, and database management.
    • Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
    • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or Java.
    • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Haves

    • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
    • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
    • Knowledge of machine learning and statistical analysis.
    • Previous experience in a similar role.

We believe that all employees should be paid fairly and equitably.  As of the time of this posting, the expected base annual salary range for this position is $132,000 to $137,000  (For non-exempt roles, this reflects the expected base annual “salary” as calculated by the base hourly wage multiplied by the expected number of hours worked over a one year period, excluding any overtime and premiums.)   The actual base annual salary will be based on a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience, as well as business needs and limitations.  As a result, compensation may vary within and across similar roles and positions. Please note that the base annual salary range information set forth above is a good faith estimate for this position and actual compensation for any individual may fall outside this range if warranted by the circumstances applicable to that individual. If we identify a role that would be suitable for a broader range of skills and experience such that we would consider hiring at multiple levels then the range listed above may reflect that breadth.  If offered a position, the actual base annual salary will be contained in your offer letter.

In addition to the base annual salary listed above, this position is eligible for short-term [and long-term] incentive compensation, as well as benefits, which are subject to the applicable plans, policies and definitive documentation regarding such compensation and benefits.
