The Team Lead will join the Analytics team of a high-growth Population Health and Analytics software company. This role reports to the Director of Analytics and will involve creation of a set of contract analytics reports and insights.
The ideal candidate loves data and wants to make a difference. We are seeking individuals who rely on data analysis to make decisions and are passionate about improving the way healthcare is delivered to millions of patients across the country. You should be eager to share population health expertise to help Arcadia’s customers unlock more from their data.
We are looking for someone who can both manage a Sr. Analyst and contribute their own analytics output. The ideal candidate wants to innovate, is looking for the opportunity to bring their ideas around value-based contract analytics to life and is eager to blaze their own career path with unlimited growth potential.
What Success Looks Like
In 3 months
- Gain familiarity with Arcadia’s data model and data ingestion process
- Learn analytics team’s reporting tools (Redshift SQL database, QuickSight BI product)
- Ideate with leadership and help shape new product design and delivery
In 6 months
- Have created a set of new insights for Arcadia customers into contract analytics
- Be able to manage customer meetings and have complex conversations about customer need
In 12 months
- Have a fully up and running contract analytics and modeling suite of tools
- Be regularly available to sales and marketing to help them describe and present your work to prospects
- Be Arcadia’s contract analytics subject matter expert
