Join our digital analytics team as a Sr. Manager leading digital analytics for UHC.com. As a leader on the UHC digital analytics team, you will be supporting and working across multiple teams to own and build a data strategy for the front door of UHC’s digital properties. You will lead a team of digital analysts supporting reporting, analysis, optimization, and personalization efforts.
You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Designs and develops a KPI framework that aligns to business goals and maximizes technology platforms to leverage key customer data
- Drives the digital analytics strategy for manipulation and transformation of data into actionable models/metrics through advanced analytics
- Establishing and managing the communication strategy that will enable transparency of metrics across the organization to key business partners
- Transforming data into actionable insights and drives stakeholder education sessions to better the user experience
- Develops digital analytics best practices, customer data analysis methods and campaign optimization plans
- Defines and drives appropriate governance for analytics with clear standards around data usage, analytic approaches, and decision-making
- Will lead a team of digital analysts that support digital products and properties

Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of digital analytics experience working with large, distributed teams
- 5+ years of project management or related experience, with demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
- 5+ years of experience utilizing the Adobe suite of web analytics products or Google Analytics
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and technology, including familiarity with web programming, design, information architecture, content management tools and usability testing
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in managing the analytics lifecycle, including testing methodologies
- Experience with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience working in large, matrixed organizations
