1Password is seeking a Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics who will up-level the analytics capabilities of 1Password’s marketing organization. This position will play a critical role in the newly established marketing analytics group, driving impact through prioritization, curiosity, and implementation of best practices. The ideal candidate in this role will be highly flexible, opinionated, and curious to understand the data environment. This candidate will also champion privacy and feel comfortable working within the confines of a data landscape that purposefully minimizes some types of data collection.

This is a Remote opportunity within Canada and United States.

What we're looking for:

• 3-5 years of experience in a B2B marketing analytics field
• SQL proficiency for pulling, manipulating, and transforming data
• Visualization proficiency using a BI tool like Tableau, Looker, etc.
• Sales assisted enterprise marketing funnel experience
• SEO optimization experience
• Experience with experimentation analysis and test design
• Experience with an analytics tool for reporting
• Experience with defining marketing campaign tracking requirements
• Intermediate knowledge of Python is a plus
• Intense curiosity for understanding the business and optimizing the funnel
• Eagerness to teach the org how to self-serve
• Startup attitude – a sense of ownership for business landscape

What you can expect:

• Up-level reporting on sales assisted enterprise funnels, bridging the gap between internal marketing / conversion data and external Salesforce/Marketo data
• Conduct SEO optimization analyses, utilizing tools like Ahrefs and Google Search Console to provide recommendations on keyword optimization, content creation, and existing content alterations
• Operate as the subject matter expert for website experimentation, providing value through recommendations for test designs and post-test analyses
• Define tagging requirements for marketing initiatives and product launches
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment where prioritization skills are critical for delivering the most value
• Transform raw data into actionable data sets for reporting and analyses
• Strong collaborative atmosphere with other analysts, where communication, collaboration, and cross-training are critical to the success of the team
• A high degree of visibility with our executive team and marketing leadership on the outcomes of analyses and your recommendations
