The Integrated Marketing team is looking for a seasoned B2C Integrated Campaign leader to help drive transformation in consumer marketing by developing long-lead Integrated Marketing plans and processes. You will have a direct business impact, overseeing campaigns end-to-end from strategy and execution to testing and optimization.

This is a Remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

What we're looking for:

    • 7 plus years of campaign development experience within B2B SaaS in a dynamic and fast paced matrix environment with many stakeholders
    • Customer-driven mindset with a track record of growing revenue for a direct-to-consumer SaaS business via omnichannel, full-funnel campaigns
    • Manage stakeholders and lead large cross-functional forums that span consumer businesses to align teams to NorthStar marketing strategies and milestones, guiding the organization and stakeholders deliver against our goal 
    • Proven experience building and scaling B2B SaaS integrated marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions, and owning pipeline contributions
    • Experience creating a structured feedback loop with sales and SDRs to ensure campaigns land successfully
    • Experience managing stakeholders and leading large cross-functional forums that span consumer businesses to align teams, marketing strategies and milestones
    • Proven success in campaign strategy, framework, development, and execution for global, multichannel demand generation campaigns
    • Work with the team of Campaign managers on refining strategic marketing plan in support of Business Unit goals; including content strategy, campaign planning and execution
    • Fluency in demand generation metrics and approaches to test and optimize them
    • Ability to synthesize business objectives, create a well-aligned Integrated Campaign strategy and execution plans with clearly defined metrics and KPIs
    • Strong presentation, problem-solving, and budget management skills
    • Deep domain expertise across demand generation disciplines, including content marketing, digital marketing, marketing technology, and analytics/reporting

What you can expect:

    • Deliver cross-line-of-business and cross-channel marketing plans for the Integrated Marketing team by synthesizing insights and aligning priorities in collaboration with marketing internal groups, product marketing, and go-to-market teams
    • Will work cross- functionally, including B2B Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand Marketing and Growth to prioritize business opportunities and synthesize marketing strategies to deliver efficient and aligned marketing plans and associated KPIs
    • Leverage a breadth of customer and market insights, assess new areas of opportunity to support business needs and establish marketing campaigns and plans
    • Cultivate cross-company relationships that drive greater impact and reach of Integrated Marketing initiatives
    • Establish sharp positioning and channel mix per initiatives, write creative briefs and communication plans
    • Develop workback schedules and marketing calendars, identify key milestones and deliver internal communications to align teams at a predictable cadence
    •  Excel as project manager on initiatives you lead and drive rigor into team processes
    •  Drive  the “when, where, and how” of planning deliverables to ensure teams are executing against aligned priorities at a predictable cadence
United States-based roles only: Minimum annual salary for this role is $150,000USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
