What you’ll do:

As Senior Data Scientist, you’ll be responsible for mastering our data, build machine learning model, and working closely with the product team to design applied data science products which enable us to use it most effectively. You’ll be exploring, developing, and implementing machine learning and predictive analytics models that meet the needs of millions of agents, brokers, home buyers, and sellers. Your role will involve working as a part of a team of talented data scientists, engineers, product managers and designers to investigate new data sources, perform data modeling, and deploy new features.

Your skills, accomplishments, & interests:

  • PhD degree or Masters degree with 1+ years professional experience in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics or related analytical discipline or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
  • Demonstrated expertise of data science, machine learning fundamentals, and statistical knowledge
  • Proficiency with Python (or similar) for statistical analysis, modeling techniques and common visualization (pandas, numpy, scipy, scikit-learn, matplotlib, etc)
  • Expertise with a range of machine learning modeling techniques such as: Linear Regression, GLM, Random Forest, GBM, XGboost, etc.

Nice to haves:

  • Image processing experience. If you possess extensive experience in image process projects but have limited experience with common machine learning models, you can still be a strong candidate.
  • Project-related AWS experience using SageMaker, Athena, S3, etc
  • Large Language model experience
