The Role:
The Senior Business Analyst will serve as a thought leader for data, developing forward-thinking systems and processes that promote increased efficiency and productivity across business units. You’ll evaluate, analyze, and communicate data requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain data processes including the delivery of bi-weekly reports for our departments. You’ll also help author and update documentation, and formally initiate and deliver stakeholder requirements and documentation. You’ll communicate insights and technical issues to our product team. You’ll keep a constant eye out for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to our customers.

You have 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field, with exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. You have advanced knowledge of data governance practices, business and technology challenges related to the management of enterprise information assets, and approaches related to data protection. You’re well versed in data architecture and technology solutions, with experience creating detailed reports and sharing findings in presentations to a variety of audiences. You’re able to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with leadership teams. You’re also an excellent planner, with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
