Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Analytics Engineer to help stand up our analytics engineering discipline to create the best healthcare worker experience on our platform. You will own and build data pipelines and models that shape the foundations of our marketplace and customer experience.

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and dashboards to ensure timely and accurate delivery of critical data.
  • Build robust data models and structures to support business intelligence and analytics.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to efficiently capture, process, and store data.
  • Create and maintain high-quality datasets and reports to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Proactively monitor, identify and address data quality issues to ensure data integrity.
  • Support and maintain the data infrastructure, including tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Tableau, and Looker.
  • Foster a data-driven culture by empowering users through self-service analytics and training.
  • Collaborate with data analysts and scientists to optimize data utilization and build reusable data assets.

You might be the one we're looking for if you have:

  • At least 5 years of Data Analytics experience in a high growth environment with strong SQL skills
  • 5+ years of experience with data warehousing technologies (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
  • 2+ years experience with dbt, Python, Git and data modeling
  • Experience working in CICD framework and familiarity with data architecture and design
  • Experience with visualization/reporting tools like Metabase, Lightdash, Looker
  • BS (MS Prefered) in a highly quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Operations Research, Physics, Statistics, or related)
  • Experience ingesting, processing, and visualizing data sources of varying types - structured/relational and unstructured
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously, as well as part of a team
  • Superb time management, prioritization of tasks and ability to meet deadlines with little supervision

The salary range for this position is between $160,000-190,000.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training. The total compensation package for this position includes equity.
