Overview:

We’re looking for a talented Senior Consultant to help our customers gain tangible value from their data. Our consulting services emphasize analytics enablement, data visualization, data preparation, and data science. We specialize in Tableau, PowerBI, Sigma, Alteryx, Knime, Power Platform and Snowflake.

Responsibilities:

• Collect requirements from clients through prototyping, analytics engineering  and visualization and adjust the requirements as fit through an engagement
• Deliver project-based consulting engagements; help clients develop analytical requirements through prototyping and visualization and low-code automation.
• Manage clients expectations by leading weekly status reports to clients; proactively solicit client feedback by running working sessions
• Create reporting and data visualization solutions
• Analyze, troubleshoot and / or tune product performance or deployment issues when required
• Support or assist with backlog support and development
• Identify and recommend functionality and solutions that would meet and enhance user requirements
• Recommend best practices to optimize Power BI models, reports, and overall platform architecture

Required Experience:

• 4+ years of relevant experience and/or demonstrated expertise in data analytics and data visualization platforms
• Proven experience to create scalable, durable analytics solutions including, but not limited to Power BI, Alteryx, KNIME, Matillion or Dbt, SQL, Snowflake, Python, R, Azure.
• Expertise in Microsoft PowerBI as well as some experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Virtual Agents 
• Power BI Service administration experience
• Understanding security roles, infrastructure set up, and back end functionality of Power BI Service
• Familiarity with On-Premises Gateways and Power BI best practices
• Demonstrated expertise in data literacy
• Expertise in SQL, writing CTE’s and experience leveraging data warehouse, data marts, and/or data models
• Good data visualization skills with at least one platform such as Tableau, Power BI and Sigma.
• Exceptional customer facing skills, including but not limited to communication skills and project management skills
• Strong problem solving skills with a passion for learning and mastering new technologies, techniques, and procedures

Preferred Experience:

• 2+ years of Consulting experience.
• Knowledge of SQL and experience leveraging data warehouse, data marts, and/or data models
• Expertise in Microsoft PowerBI as well as some experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Virtual Agents 
• Previous experience scaling Power BI at an enterprise level
• Experience with Azure administration
• Experience with Snowflake, Alteryx Designer or Knime, Dataiku, Fivetran, and/or ThoughtSpot
• Experience with Python and/or R scripting
• Previous experience leading teams of consultants to ensure performance, utilization and project delivery
