We are looking for a Data and Analytics Consultant who can provide direction for our clients in delivering managed data and analytics content and services. Immediate need for a Tableau Desktop Expert.

 Responsibilities:

• Deliver on project-based consulting engagements. 
• Help clients develop analytical requirements through prototyping and visualization.
• Create reporting and data visualization solutions.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and / or tune product performance or deployment issues when required.
• Support or assist with backlog support and development.

Qualifications:

• Required:
  • Four or more years of relevant experience and/or demonstrated expertise in data analytics and data visualization tools.
  • Tableau Desktop expertise.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data literacy.
  • Two or more years of experience in consulting.
  • Exceptional customer facing skills, including but not limited to communication skills and project management skills.
  • Strong problem solving skills with a passion for learning and mastering new technologies, techniques, and procedures.
• Bonus
  • Alteryx Designer, Power BI, Snowflake, FiveTran, and/or Thoughtspot experience.
  • Data preparation skills.
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience leveraging data warehouse, data marts, and/or data models
  • Located in or near Minneapolis or Tampa preferred but not required.
