About this role:
The Growth team is responsible for acquiring leads and members for Devoted by taking an analytical approach to marketing. We develop marketing strategies, analyze performance metrics, and continuously iterate based on learnings. We work in a cross functional team of Creative, Data Science, Product, Engineering, and Sales to fuel the engine of growth.
Lead Acquisition is our newest and growing acquisition initiative. This role will partner with Marketing and Sales leaders to collaborate on an efficient plan to achieve pipeline targets and yield positive contribution to the company’s growth. This individual will monitor inner stage conversion rates through the funnel to proactively identify and recommend an impactful mix of external partners’ campaigns to generate an incoming stream of leads and achieve key targets. They will also engage with multiple teams to drive the demand strategy, including Sales, Sales Ops, Marketing, Finance and Product.
