ROLE 👩🏽‍💻👨‍💻

• Improve Superhuman by performing analyses, sharing insights, synthesizing recommendations, and driving action.
• Proactively contribute to crafting OKRs and KPIs for teams and help them stay accountable throughout the quarter.
• Partner with teams by providing data expertise on the design, execution, and measurement of experiments.
• Help teams evaluate the success of initiatives and make decisions on the future roadmap.
• Collaboratively design and build dashboards and tools to bring clarity and unlock faster decision-making.
• Automate data workflows and reporting for business stakeholders.
• Improve Superhuman's core analytical and data scalability.
• Contribute to strategic discussions and enhance our data-informed culture.

SOUND LIKE YOU? 🙌

• Experience: You have 6+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or relevant related field.
• Tools of the trade: You have advanced SQL and spreadsheet skills. You have experience with data visualization tools (such as Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, etc).
• Effective communicator: You communicate effectively both in-person and in writing. You demonstrate effective storytelling with data.
• Collaborator: You can partner with a diverse team to achieve results. You have worked cross-functionally with other teams (such as Product, Marketing, Sales) and are comfortable working directly with stakeholders. You have a high degree of empathy for your internal customers.
• Analytical experience: You know when to 80:20 versus when to reconcile the details. You are comfortable translating business questions into analytical steps. You identify the "so what?" from analyses and drive recommendations through to action.
• Highly organized: You are able to balance multiple work streams and projects while upholding a high-quality bar.
• Curiosity: You like to ask "why" and gain deeper insight. You are naturally curious about data and its underlying real-world concepts.
• Experimenter: You understand testing and experimental design and have optimally set up and run A/B tests.
• Location: We're open to you joining us in our San Francisco office, or from a home office anywhere in North America.
