We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to help scale our Sales Operations team! This role will join a team of analysts reporting to a Sales Operations Manager in support of a data-driven Sales organization.  You will be responsible for optimization support and recommendations for our dynamic business needs, owning and maintaining SQL pipelines, and developing reporting dashboards for our partners

Your Responsibilities:

  • Help manage areas of core operations: data management, sales forecasting, CRM data integrity, SQL development, reporting, and dashboards
  • Seamlessly organize, visualize, and analyze raw data sets and highlight key takeaways
  • Generate recommendations to Sales management through quantitative and qualitative analyses
  • Improve team performance and funnel conversion, help develop KPIs and metrics, increase data quality, and identify lead and lag indicators in collaboration with Sales Operations partners
  • Drive action: build a strong internal network of experts and resources within Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance that can help drive effective change in a growing Sales organization

What it takes to catch our eye:

  • Proven experience in a sales/business operations, BI, strategic planning, or finance environment
  • You are a strategic thinker comfortable working on complex problems with proven technical abilities and capable of presenting analyses effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
  • You are a creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple projects, fulfill priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently as well as in a highly collaborative, team-based environment
  • Exceptional analytical skills utilizing Excel, SQL, Snowflake, Salesforce, and BI Tools (Domo/Looker). Familiarity with SDLC and Git concepts
