Who You are: An insights driven, organizationally minded, technical business intelligence analyst

WellSaid Labs is looking to hire a SaaS BI Analyst responsible for extracting data across multiple disparate systems and transforming it into business insights to inform the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

At WellSaid Labs, the SaaS BI Analyst will be a strong data-oriented contributor who will address reporting requests from leadership and help anticipate questions regarding the operation to inform process owners of opportunities to report better and understand the execution of their efforts. 

What you’ll do 

• Consolidate data from multiple internal and external sources and communicate overall marketing, sales, and customer experience performance via regular and adhoc reporting to management
• Help develop dashboards for sales & marketing management
• Make recommendations for improving overall WellSaid business sales performance by optimizing various customer growth incentives programs such as contract pricing, rebates, and other promotions
• Measure, track, and report on cost of acquisition, revenue targets, and other SaaS-specific metrics (e.g. CLV, Cohort-based retention, CAC, MRR, NRR)
• Gather and analyze data associated with marketing initiatives to realize maximum impact, assess ROI and guide future growth

What you’ll have:

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years equivalent experience is required; business data related field such as economics, finance, accounting, statistics or comparable
• Experience with Stripe, HubSpot, Google Analytics, MixPanel, and SQL
• Experience with Series A SaaS startups
• High proficiency in Excel, Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake), and general understanding of relational data models
• Attention to detail
• Self-motivated and ability to multi-task
• Excellent verbal and written communication 
• Demonstrated ability to communicate through data visualizations

As a startup, we strive to be externally competitive with companies at a similar size and stage, and internally fair in our pay practices. The hiring salary range for this role is $100,000 - $130,000  and represents the target offer range given the scope and experience expectations for this role.
