The Role

We are seeking an Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team and drive efficiency and effectiveness across multiple projects. The primary focus of this role is to streamline our information-gathering processes, reduce cycle time, and support critical project timelines. As an Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enabling our team to work faster and more efficiently by gathering, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources.

As an Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enabling our team to work faster and more efficiently by gathering, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Organize large volumes of data into actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
    • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments (e.g., Fulfillment, Transportation, Fresh/Frozen, Packaging) to identify opportunities for operational enhancements and cost savings.
    • Utilize data visualization tools to create intuitive dashboards and reports that facilitate data-driven decision-making at all levels of the organization.
    • Contribute to the design and execution of operational initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing member satisfaction.
    • Conduct regular audits and validation checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity
    • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, facilitating open communication and collaboration to address operational challenges and implement innovative solutions.
    • Actively seek out opportunities to optimize processes and streamline workflows, contributing to Thrive Market’s overall growth and profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
    • 1.5-2+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in operations or a related field.
    • Proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools.
    • Familiarity with SQL for writing queries is preferred.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

JOB INFORMATION

    • Compensation Description - The base salary range for this position is $70,000-75,000/Per Year.
    • Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and geographic location.
