What we’re looking for:
Beam is looking for an Analytics Manager to lead a team of analysts in supporting strong business decision making across Sales, Finance, Insurance, and other internal teams. The Analytics Manager will work with leaders across Beam to understand our business challenges and partner on solutions and analyses. At Beam we are looking for doers - so while this role will manage 2 analysts and empower them to deliver their most impactful work, we are also looking for someone who loves to roll their sleeves up and write some SQL as well!
What you will bring:
You’re a seasoned data professional who thrives on challenges and excels at tackling projects. You have a passion for data and love digging in to find insights. You have experience with Sales, Revenue and Financial Analytics and solid business acumen. You love leading analysts, helping them to learn and grow in their careers, removing roadblocks in their path, and championing their successes to the organization. You’re not afraid to sling some SQL and do some of the work yourself in a player/coach fashion. You love the cross functional nature of analytics and view yourself as a partner to your stakeholders - you don’t view yourself as just the referee/scorekeeper.
