The Director of Marketing Data Solutions will lead a high performing team of Analytics and Data Engineering professionals. This role will be accountable for designing, engineering, delivering, and running of key data assets and related data processing to support Analytics, Reporting and Data Science needs of our B2B & B2C Marketing and Sales Enablement Business Partners. This role is expected to identify and initiate opportunities for innovation, data quality enhancements, process improvements and automation all contributing to enhancing the operational excellence of the team.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business partners to understand their needs and collaborate to prioritize the competing needs
- Build and maintain roadmaps aligned to the identified short, medium, and long-term business needs
- Own plan, build and run aspects of various B2B and B2C data and analytics assets and related processes
- Engineer and maintain robust data solutions, data architectures, data pipelines and data assets that meet or exceed performance, scalability, and compliance requirements
- Ensure compliance to Information security, Privacy and Data governance policies for data assets and processes
- Ensure implementation of data quality checks and validation processes to maintain the integrity and accuracy of data
- Manage analytics and data engineering team members with different Technical & Functional Skill levels
- Create a respectful and growth-mindset environment for team members. Coach, guide, and support team members as needed

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of management experience leading data & analytics teams in most recent role
- 5+ years of running and delivering high quality data & analytics services to business partners
- 3+ years of experience managing team budget
- 3+ years of management experience of leading vendors in global onshore/nearshore/offshore model
- A data & analytics practitioner & leader with extensive understanding of various data and analytics capabilities and technologies – Experience with Microsoft SQL Server stack, Azure, Databricks is needed
- Proficient user skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Marketing Data & Analytics experience
- Health Care Insurance experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with al minimum wage laws as applicable.
