A major Hospitality & Casino leader has exclusively retained us to help them identify their next Director of Data Governance. This individual will partner with the existing Data team to develop a robust Data Governance Program across the enterprise. Identify opportunities and roll-out best data-driven practices. Lead Data Classification & Data Catalog. Utilize contractors for the hands-on, stay strategic & creative. Assure data quality & proper access.

The right candidate will demonstrate superior communication and presentation skills, and bring experience building a data governance program (act as a business partner, develop & drive the ROADMAP).
Knowledge of sensitive/regulated environments, GDPR and PII is required.

This is a full time, direct hire, base, bonus and benefits. *Sorry, no sponsorship.

Tech Stack: Alation, Anomalo, AWS/Azure, DBT, Fivetran, Kafka, PBI, Snowflake and Tableau.
