Position Summary
The Data Scientist supports the organization's efforts to drive personalization and targeted intervention through solid statistical and modeling skill set. A successful candidate will have a desire for continuous learning and strong interpersonal relationship skills.
- Gathering, cleaning, transforming, and sampling complex healthcare data.
- Working with our team of data scientists and engineers to develop and deploy predictive machine learning models.
- Applying statistical techniques to validate and evaluate model performance, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, related field, or equivalent experience
- Understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques
- Proficiency using SQL and relational databases
Preferred Qualifications:
- Interest or experience working with healthcare claims or clinical data
- Experience with Snowflake, Python, R, and Git
- Familiarity with SAS software, Agile development framework

In compliance with all states requiring pay transparency, the base compensation for this position ranges up to $95,000 annually. Note, salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 10% target bonus, health, dental, vision, mental health, and other benefits.
