The Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting Access improvement initiatives activities utilizing Member Experience data and performance metrics throughout the enterprise. This individual will extract data from various sources to develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and analytic reports to support future business decisions. This role will manage projects of medium to high complexity.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Execute the CAHPS Access analytic projects from a data perspective, including sourcing and cleaning data, extract/transform/load
- Develop ad-hoc Access analysis, reporting, and other analytical solutions to support and optimize future business decisions
- Create and maintain CAHPS Access dashboards, including long-term maintenance of data feeds from payers and CDO teams
- Review, process, and analyze large amounts of information related to Access and the impact on Member Experience
- Monitor on a regular basis all core program metrics and work with data owners to remediate issues as needed
- Coordinate a variety of projects/requests simultaneously and ensure timely completion in accordance with business initiatives
- Develop innovative approaches to achieve data analytics deliverables
- Design, prepare, modify, and develop selected recurring and ad-hoc reports within given projects
- Be the voice of the patient and serve as CAHPS Access subject matter expert in cross-functional programs and efforts
- Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (4+ years of direct experience in data analysis considered in lieu of degree requirement)
- 5+ years of experience utilizing and analyzing data to develop resource plans/modeling and tracking
- 3+ years of health industry experience and/or in a large complex matrixed organization
- Demonstrated proficiency in database and data analysis tools like SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, SAS, and/or Alteryx to identify, obtain, and analyze targeted program data
- Intermediate level Excel skills – pivot tables, formulas including VLOOKUP, spreadsheet creation and updating
- Intermediate level Word and PowerPoint skills – Project scope documents, project presentations, etc.
- Basic level SharePoint and MS Teams skills – posting documents, updating shared documents, etc.
- Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven solid analytical skills with demonstrated hands-on experience with large datasets
- Proven ability to quickly aggregate and analyze information and draw statistically valid conclusions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building Tableau or PowerBI dashboards
- Experience writing and debugging SQL queries
- Intermediate level Visio skills – creating workflow diagrams
