This candidate will be a key contributor to a small team supporting all structured data submitters. Must be able to work on their own with minimal direction.
Day-to-Day activities:
- Monitor work queues based on file status
- SQL queries to support EISL reporting
- Work the Service Now tickets/Triage

Primary Responsibility:
- Handling of structured data files in support of HEDIS

Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years working knowledge of SQL queries in tools such as SQL Server Management Studio by Microsoft to troubleshoot databases that store workflow information related to requests or to analyze incidents
- 2+ years of incident support, troubleshooting, and customer service
- 2+years of file/data processing and data integration automation and optimization
- 2+ years of experience assessing problems and implementing solutions or production fixes based on sound business practices, root cause analysis, process analysis
- Experience with standard health care file format including CCD, CCDA, HL7 etc.
- Experience with both common and emerging interoperability standards such as HL7 V2.x, as well as CCD, C – CDA XML V3, IHE profile, FHIR
- Healthcare experience, clinical data analysis experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office suite with focus on Excel, Word and Power point
- Knowledge of Salesforce, including data input and dashboard creation and reporting
- Familiar with web browser configuration and troubleshooting including Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox
- Understanding of HIPAA and PHI compliance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing and influencing effectively in a matrix environment
- Configuration of Electronic Medical Record software experience such as Epic, Cerner, eCW, etc.
- Member encounter/clinical data experience
- Experience analyzing data and pulling information together for reporting purposes
- Knowledge of leading Provider EMR systems including Epic, Cerner, GE, Allscripts, Meditech or HIE
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
- Ability to tailor to the appropriate level of detail and information based on the audience
- Solid client management skills
- Solid organizational skills
- Superior process management, quality assurance, and analysis/reporting experience to drive overall accomplishments of goals
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Critical thinking, problem solving skills
