Primary Responsibilities:
- Create Support external and internal clients with diverse backgrounds, including health systems and life science companies, with expertise attaining value from real-world datasets through cloud-based environments and tools
- Create and support strategies to develop and internalize data assets for key internal and external stakeholders
- Work with a team of experienced healthcare data analysts
- Collaborate and work effectively across a large matrix organization
- Create and understand business requirements and convert them into solution requirements
- Create and support strategies to develop and internalize data assets for key internal and external stakeholders
- Provide scientific and technical guidance on best practices, including standardized workflows, SOPs and related documentation, for real-world data utilization across multiple domains and stakeholder groups over a range of therapeutic areas and diseases state

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience, with at least 50% being healthcare experience
- 2+ years consulting experience OR 1+ years consulting experience with demonstrated solid communication skills and client facing experience
- 6+ months of AWS experience (working within an AWS cloud using native or other tools) OR equivalent cloud experience
- Demonstrated experience conducting analytics with claims and EMR/EHR data
- Demonstrated experience in documentation for conducting analytics and data tools utilization and optimization
- Background in product development, business development, client management or program/project management
- Demonstrated proficiency in python, SQL, SAS
- Demonstrated skillset and ability to conduct client presentations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in statistics, computer science or other related discipline
- Preferrable also in R

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
