    • Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources
    • Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting an appropriate combination of methods and tools within the defined technology stack to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solution
    • Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources, and build scripts that will make our data evaluation process more flexible or scalable across datasets

Qualifications

    • Minimum of 2+ years of directly related work experience in analytics ideally focused on retail analytics or customer loyalty data
    • Hands-on proficiency and experience with SQL
    • Familiarity with modern data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and data integration tools

    • Knowledge in direct marketing, campaign management, experimental design, customer analytics, CRM, segmentation, modeling
    • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence decisions at all levels of the organization.
    • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical terms.
    • Highly motivated self-starter with a strong desire to learn.
