JOB SUMMARY/OVERVIEW |
The Data Analyst is responsible for leveraging a wide range of analytical and data visualization tools to uncover and communicate opportunities to more efficiently support the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) organization in their retention efforts – focusing on data organization, analysis, and presentation. This individual analyzes customer data to drive proactive retention strategies at scale and leverages analytical tools such Workforce Analytics, MS Excel, Salesforce, Tiger dashboards/exports, and Tableau. The position is responsible for preparing insightful reports and analyses and is tasked with ensuring integrity and accuracy of all data provided. |

The salary range for this role is $63,600 to $104,880. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience.
A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
