This is an engagement through Upwork’s Hybrid Workforce Solutions (HWS) Team. Our Hybrid Workforce Solutions Team is a global group of professionals that support Upwork’s business. Our HWS team members are located all over the world.

Work/Project Scope:

• Provide accurate and thorough analysis, reconciliations, and other ad hoc reporting of Human Resources/Contingent Labor data from multiple sources through a variety of reporting and visualization tools.
• Experience or demonstrated interest in analytics as it pertains to Human Resources and/or non-FTE engagements.
• Help maintain data integrity in systems by performing QA checks / audits and analyzing data to find and report anomalies.
• As a member of the project team, gather and document business requirements.

Must Haves (Required Skills):

• Expert with spreadsheets, and comfortable handling data files in multiple formats (xls, csv, json, xml).
• Self-starter who can use data, analyze and present in a meaningful way.
• Basic SQL skills with the ability to write queries and present them in a meaningful ways
• Basic Python skills with the ability to read, write, and run scripts from the command line
• Basic Google AppScript skills with the ability to write code to manipulate spreadsheets
• Some experience / exposure to visualization tools (Looker and Google Data Studio preferred)
• Human Resources industry knowledge and a part of a system implementation related to integration touchpoints.
