ABOUT THE TEAM
The Bestow Analytics team is highly visible and dedicated, working across the entire company to be the voice of data and champion its usage and application throughout the organization. The team works cross-functionally to provide curated data products, BI solutions, and high-value deliverables to stakeholders and leadership. As an experienced analytics professional, in partnership with Bestow data science and data engineering teams, you will help lead the Analytics team beyond basic reporting to sophisticated self-serve products, understand cause and effect, and reveal new insights.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Highly motivated analytics leader who is passionate about solving problems with data and continuously delivers valuable and positive results
- Lead cross-functional projects using advanced analytics techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities
- Able to effectively and simultaneously lead multiple people and complex projects with success
- Foster relationships with key business stakeholders and engineering, product, and design leads across multiple departments.
- Partner with stakeholders across the org to establish and drive KPIs, metrics, and informed business decisions, including accurate and meaningful analysis of user and business data
- Able to distill complex analysis into digestible key takeaways
- Proactively identify areas of opportunities within the business where analytics can make an impact.
- Able to develop team roadmaps and OKRs, implement practices to hold the team accountable to goals, and communicate results and impacts of analytical initiatives to stakeholders and leadership
- Recruit, train, develop, and supervise IC employees.
THIS ROLE REPORTS TO
- VP of Data
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years working in data analytics, data management, and reporting
- 2+ years experience in people management
- You are passionate about data visualization and an experienced user of BI tools such as Tableau, Google DataStudio, PowerBI, etc.
- Experience with web analytics, tag management tools, and CDP tools such as Segment and Tealium
- Expertise in digital marketing analytics, including attribution models, LTV models, and cohort conversion studies
- You understand analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business units
- Strong SQL skills and ability to perform complex, effective, and efficient querying to extract data from cloud data warehouses
- Experience implementing data stewardship best practices, including master data management, data modeling, data quality, and data dictionaries
