Position Overview
Are you interested in working with some of the very best startups in technology? Equals is looking for an Analytics Architect to be on the front lines with our customers, leading the effort to stand up their reporting and data models in Equals and helping them better understand their business in the process. If you're interested in getting hands-on experience with tons of startups spanning a wide range of industries and business models, this role could be great for you.
We’re looking for someone who is analytically minded and an excellent communicator. You’ll also need a high degree of intellectual curiosity and a proven ability to thrive in dynamic environments as you'll interact with different types of companies, analyses and functional teams on a daily basis.
Position Overview
Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis skills to understand customer needs, identify trends, and provide recommendations to help customers understand their business.
Project Management: Lead the onboarding and implementation process for newly signed customers across the company, ensuring all milestones are met and the implementation process is smooth and efficient.
Collaboration: Work closely with a variety of internal and external cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration during onboarding.
Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training materials for customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of Equals and how to get the most out of the product.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers and internal teams to continuously improve the onboarding process and contribute insights for product development.
Qualifications
Data Analysis Skills:
Proficient in SQL and spreadsheet tools for effective data querying and analysis.
Experience with Python and JavaScript is preferred.
Reporting
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience developing Go-to-Market and/or Product Analytics reporting.
Expertise in top-of-funnel analysis, sales pipeline reporting, ARR Builds, product & revenue analytics, forecasting and ROI analyses.
Tools & Expertise
Practical experience with tools like Stripe, Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Analytics, Segment, Amplitude and Shopify for data extraction and analysis.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex data insights.
Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into actionable strategies.
