Spanning 25,000 m² of campus and 168,000 m² of shop floor, it produces 6 Series tractors. It has over 3,500 employees and is a powerhouse for new technology: - State-of-the-art paint facility: Ensuring our tractors have that iconic high-quality green finish, durable in any weather - Sky Hawk system: A robot that scans and alerts us to any quality issues on the tractors. "My role is to be the voice of the customer as we bring new dozers to market,” says Ellen Champion, dozer product manager. “I work closely with teams to develop, test, sell, and support the dozer product line, always considering our customers' needs." Congrats to our top achievers, the 2025 John Deere Fellows! Dr. Cristian Dima is our Perception Systems Fellow. Over the years, Cristian has played a key role in developing our autonomous tractors and combine automation systems. And because of his hard work, we've seen a big boost in productivity and operator comfort. David Panjwani is our Global Logistics and Supply Chain Fellow. Dave has been the driving force behind centralizing our logistics work in North America. He's built a world-class organization. Throughout his 25-year career, and especially during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, Dave's focus on operational efficiencies brought significant changes and saved the company millions.

“We’re contributing to the growth in Kansas City,” said Lisa Nanninga, equipment operator at Rockridge Quarry. Rockridge Quarry is 450 acres - as big as 340 football fields! Every day, it provides essential building materials for the local community, including the iconic Arrowhead Stadium, home of the Kansas City Chiefs football team. But that's not all! The quarry also supplies stone for roads and massive rocks to control erosion along the Missouri River. “I get to tell my kids and my grandkids, ‘I helped build that,’" Lisa says with a smile.
