We are looking for a Sr Business Analyst to lead our marketing strategy on mobile devices and supercharge the user growth of our mobile application. You will have the opportunity to drive customer acquisition across a suite of digital marketing channels and influence new product developments based on your learnings and analysis.

Responsibilities
Identify, prioritize, and launch marketing campaigns designed to maximize user acquisition across paid and owned channels
Conduct A/B testing to identify the optimal creatives, landing pages, and experiences to grow our mobile user base
Develop a monitoring suite to track key performance indicators
Manage to results by establishing a business model based on following the data
Become an expert on mobile attribution in a privacy focused environment
Gain a deep understanding of our mobile user experience and those provided by our competitors
Drive mobile product ideation, analysis, and development in partnership with business analysis, product, and software development teams
Set the strategic roadmap for mobile growth initiatives to drive long term success

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering)
At least 1 year of experience in analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering
1+ years of experience in Statistical model building
1+ years of experience in market research
1+ years of experience in SQL querying
2+ years of experience in business analysis
1+ years of experience in consulting

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Location is New York City: $108,669 to $128,205 for Senior Business Analyst
Location is San Francisco, CA: $115,122 to $135,81
Remote roles in other areas of New York & California, and across Colorado & Washington: $92,115 to $108,675 for Senior Business Analyst
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
