We’re looking for a Senior Associate of Care Reporting & Analytics to be responsible for care reporting and analytics activities, as well as support efforts to drive performance across our patient-facing teams. As a member of the Care Strategy & Operations team, you’ll work closely with our Care Advocacy, Care Support, Learning & Development, Data, Product and People teams to analyze and track metrics of success, and develop and maintain reporting to drive critical business operations and decisions. To make our mission a reality, your skills will be accountable for: 

  • Responsible for the organization and maintenance of Care Team reporting and/or dashboards in and outside Looker
  • Identify opportunities to improve analytics processes, and execute on solutions
  • Automate manual reporting by translating existing excel and powerpoint reports into Looker
  • Produce recurring and ad hoc analytics deliverables and use critical thinking to extract business insights
  • Scope and build reports and/or dashboards to track Care Team KPIs
  • Assist in developing operational and strategic business decision support infrastructure for the Care Team
  • Build, understand and improve complex models that help inform operational and strategic decisions for the Care Team

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting or data/business analytics at a start-up, tech or healthcare company
  • Experience leading with data by performing analysis and drawing insights in order to inform strategic and/or operational decision making
  • Experience scoping, building and maintaining reports and/or dashboards
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and unknowns, and moving fast
  • Exceptionally strong attention to detail
  • Clear verbal and written communication
  • Resourceful, highly organized self-starter mentality
  • Proven ability to collaborate well with others
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves to directly solve problems

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience with Looker or similar business intelligence softwares
  • Understanding of database architecture
