Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with a strong sense of product, measurements/KPIs and story telling ability to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting, with proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. This role involves collecting, processing, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights that support business decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, interpret, and analyze data from various sources to understand business performance.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain databases and data collection systems.
  • Design and create data reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
  • Ensure data integrity by cleaning and validating data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and uniformity.
  • Identify patterns and trends within data sets and provide insights to management and key stakeholders.
  • Work with different cross functional teams to understand their data reporting needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop policies and procedures for data collection and analysis.
  • Assist in decision-making processes by providing timely and accurate data reports.
  • Ability to understand business processes, KPIs and translate them to the right audience. 
  • Stay updated with the latest data analysis tools and techniques.

Requirements


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven 3 plus years experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Highly proficient in SQL, Python. BigQuery and Database Management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
  • Experience working with AWS/Azure or any other cloud platform. 
  • Experience with A/B testing, concept of incrementality testing, observational studies, lift analysis,marketing attribution and statistical frameworks is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with statistical software and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with big data tools and technologies.
