How will this role have an impact?

The Operations execution team is responsible for ongoing analysis and interpretation of the supply fluctuations, client’s goals and company forecast to properly balance supply and demand across all regions. This role coordinates across all parts of the organization including Network operations, Production, Client success, and Product to evaluate supply and demand requirements, and make recommendations to maximize capacity utilization and improve member experience.

The position requires strong attention to detail, robust critical thinking skills, strong organizational skills, and high proficiency with analytical tools (Excel, SQL, PowerBI, etc.), strong communication skills and a strong commitment to and affinity for delivering the highest level of customer service.

This role will report to our Dir, Operations Execution.

Location:  This position can be hybrid in Dallas TX or fully remote

Special Interview Requirement:  The interview process for this role will include a timed Excel test

What will you do?

  • Evaluate and coordinate capacity requirements by market / client in multiple regions to meet client expectations.
  • Maintain consistent communications with all members of each region to review daily exceptions and suggest data driven solutions.
  • Evaluate demand fluctuations, provide daily updates and align supply with demand as needed.
  • Coordinate day-to-day planning efforts with Operations stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with network operations to maximize provider utilization based on Client prioritization and available demand.
  • Evaluate trends and KPIs that impact progress to goal.
  • Conduct root cause analysis in a solution-oriented manner and share insights on appropriate corrective actions.
  • Create and deliver accurate reports that provide actionable insights using SQL and advance Excel formulas.
  • Review historical trends, research drivers affecting capacity requirements such as seasonality, capacity utilization, cancellation rates, etc. by line of business, and use this information to improve the process.

We are looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years of successful relevant work experience, preferably planning, forecasting, capacity management, or logistics management.
  • 1+ years of experience analyzing large datasets using SQL and advance Excel formulas.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel required, Strong SQL skills (Ability to perform complex queries combining tables) and basic knowledge of Power BI.
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to communicate with technical and non-technical groups
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, professional writing, and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience with S&OP process a plus.


The base salary hiring range for this position is $74,700 to $130,200. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
