How will this role have an impact?

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join an existing team as we expand our data quality capabilities.  Signify Health works closely with our clients to improve how we collectively use data to improve health care.  This role will help our internal and external stakeholders detect and resolve data issues.

This role will report to the Director, Data Quality Management.

What will you do?

• Work directly with client’s data professionals to plan and monitor data received
• Identify ways to check for and improve end-to-end data quality
• Support client success teams in planning and delivering data reviews
• Assist in collecting and translating business requirements into data quality monitoring metrics and logic
• Work with business intelligence development and data engineers in implementing a ML-based data monitoring solution
• Assist in communicating impact of potential data quality issues

Who are you?

• Experience in data quality with large data sets.
• Familiarity with basic data analytics or SQL queries.
• Good communicator (written and oral) of data-related topics to business audiences.
• Experience in working in a data-related team, in a project and delivery environment (managing tasks, updating progress, identifying blockers).
• Experience with healthcare data (especially risk adjustment, HEDIS, value-based care) is preferred.
• Experience or desire to work with machine-learning enabled data monitoring technologies.
