About the Role
Revenue Analytics supports our customer facing teams by working cross-functionally with product, clinical research, and member marketing to provide data and insights at scale.  The Senior Analytics Associate role is for someone that excels at telling compelling stories at scale via data modeling for scalability and communicating complex ideas with clarity, precision, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be an expert in SQL, data modeling, and data visualization (Tableau preferred). They will also serve as a technical and thought leader, who is able to lead deep analysis projects, complete ad-hoc requests, build source-of-truth reporting, and create outputs that efficiently go out to all customers.

Responsibilities

    • Work with large data sets pulled from multiple systems to create scalable solutions via data domains / reporting layers / single-sources-of-truth, metric layers, and self-service dashboards
    • Collaborate with data engineering, business intelligence, and data science to improve data foundations and implement business logic
    • Define new metrics with the help of clinical operations, customer success, and GTM
    • Draw actionable insights with minimal guidance and create clear presentations to convey information to internal and external stakeholders
    • Be a key thought partner to other teams and lead analytical efforts to identify external-facing product insights and drive cross-functional resolutions to operational issues
    • Specialize in a particular area of the business; become the subject matter expert to address internal and external inquiries, as well as be an active stakeholder in exploratory projects, growth/scaling, process improvements etc.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a related field or have equivalent work experience
    • 5+ years of experience in, analytics, analytics engineering, or other relevant experience
    • Ability to operate within ambiguity, create structure, and take the initiative
    • Data-driven and detail-oriented
    • Comfortable working with large data sets, statistics and drawing meaningful insights
    • Advanced proficiency with SQL and Tableau
    • Highly self-motivated and willing to work cross functionally in a fast-paced and fast-growing environment
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present actionable insights
    • Experience with DBT or consumer marketing is a plus
$95,000 - $146,000 a year
Pay and Benefits
The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time Senior Analytics Associate position is $95,000-$146,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location.

At Lyra, base salary is only one aspect of an employee’s total compensation package, which additionally may include discretionary restricted stock unit awards, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, and retirement benefits. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
