Reporting to Associate Director, Network Strategy & Analytics, the Sr. Analyst, Provider Network Strategy will own provider performance modeling while deploying financial arrangements to manage provider costs and activate our providers
What you’ll be doing:
- Provider Benchmarking:
- Develop analytics to profile provider performance across the network
- Design incentive programs to manage provider costs and activate the best providers.
- Monitor and report on key metrics related to provider utilization, patient access, and satisfaction.
- Network Growth Optimization:
- Design granular and specific network growth plans aligned to the needs of existing and prospective customers.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify, evaluate, and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery across Provider Operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and reduce inefficiencies in patient scheduling and provider utilization.
- Continuously assess and refine optimization strategies based on data-driven insights and feedback.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Looker) to generate actionable insights from large datasets.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
- Provide training and support to team members on optimization tools, analytics methodologies, and best practices.
What success looks like in this role:
- Increase Provider NPS
- Increase average appointment volume per provider
- Boost appropriate provider availability
- Improve provider engagement
- Decrease time to first appointment, both for providers and members
What we expect from you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in an analytical role within the healthcare industry, management consulting, technology, or a similar field.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel, Tableau).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Knowledge of mental healthcare systems and provider operations is highly desirable.
The target base salary range for this position is $97,325 - $114,500, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Databaseat minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
